Are there order minimums?

Yes. There is a $300 minimum order for buffet style catering and 10 person minimum for boxed lunches. If you can't meet the minimum requirements, please email brett@butlerscarolinabbq.com to discuss.

How much notice do I need to place a catering order?

Catering orders need to be placed no later than 5 business days prior to the event date.

What is the cancellation policy?

Orders that are cancelled 72 prior to the event time will be charged 50% of the balance. Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours prior to the event will be charged 100% of the balance.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 25% deposit is required to hold your event date. Final payment is due two days prior of the event date.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. A flat $25 fee is charged for all catering deliveries.
